  Terrible experience, was treated very rudely. They only want to up-sell you, and when you decline they refuse to treat you at all. If they tell you that you need a deep cleaning (and they will tell you that you need a deep cleaning), please get a second opinion first.

  Such a pleasant experience with Dr. Vansen! I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years and knew I was due for another checkup and cleaning. I looked through my employer's dental directory and found Rancho Dental Group and signed up with them out of the blue. The assistant, Moji, was such a sweet and warm person and made me feel very comfortable from the start. Dr. Vansen was such a professional and is such a warm and friendly doctor! She performed her work with the efficiency and skill of a master dental worker. I don't think I've ever seen hands move from the teeth to the instrument tray so fast. I'm confident that she could do her work with her eyes closed! I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I didn't experience any of the issues that these old 1 star reviews had before me. They were posted several years ago so there could have been a personnel change. I can't speak for the other doctors here, but I couldn't have asked for a better exam/cleaning/filling than what I received with Dr. Vansen. Rich
